Emily Dalicandro

Director

Emily Dalicandro, a native of Houston, Texas, has over nine years experience in financial management, having worked with Merrill Lynch, The Alexander Group, Delta Airlines and DataCert, Inc. She serves as a trustee for Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, as a member of the Greater Houston Community Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Ms. Dalicandro is also an active member of the Junior League of Houston. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance at the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Dalicandro served as an Advisory Board member for The J. M. Burguières Co., Limited for 12 years before joining the Board of Directors in 2012.

Burguières Co., Limited was founded in 1877 from three plantations and has prospered through the years as a land acquisition and holding company with property interests in south Louisiana, south Florida and west Texas. The company is the largest single family-owned land holding company currently in operation in Louisiana.
